Purim from the word pur meaning lots (casting lots). Lots have being cast for the lives of young people in this country. Lots of policies have been introduced targeted at young people but they do not have enough knowledge and capacity to access the opportunities.

Young people have the highest HIV infections, unemployment rates, teenage pregnancy and crime.

To make effective use of these policies programmes and support there is a need to help young people;

• Cherish their culture and values
• Build their capacity
• Generate direction and confidence from mentors
• Work towards their goals.
